Development management

This course aims to clarify the meanings and schools of development management and its relationship to administrative development and to demonstrate the importance of the role it plays within the reality of the developing country. The course also aims to analyze major programs in development management in the country, with an emphasis on successive development plans.

Foundations of public administration

This course aims to clarify the different schools of thought in public administration and the stages of their development, and then clarify the various main areas in public administration such as organization, reorganization, decision-making, policy analysis, financial management, and human resources management in the country.

Tourism management

Identifying the concept of tourism and its elements, the development of tourism through the ages, the positive and negative effects of tourism, the reality of tourism in terms of civilization, attractions, facilities and obstacles, the impact of tourism on the general economic situation of the country, organizing tourism, developing human resources in the tourism sector, tourism marketing, both internal and external, and regional cooperation in developing tourism.

Public administration

This course addresses the definition of public administration, its roles, organization, duties, relationship with other authorities, and its role in setting and implementing public policies. The course also addresses the definition of the developmental role of the government in developing the various productive and service sectors in society and the modern trends towards implementing decentralization and local administration, in addition to learning about the civil service system, public job management, and the shift towards electronic government.

The concept of administration, its development and its importance, the differences between public and private administration and the partnership between them, the administrative process, the role of administration in community development, societal obligations towards administration.

Organizational behavior

Identifying the concept and nature of organizational behavior, analyzing individual and group behavior within the organization, identifying personality, values ​​and trends, perception, behavior modification and motivation, job design and goal setting, group dynamics, leadership, and the impact of this on the behavior and performance of workers in organizations.

Public relations in management

Identifying the different concepts of the subject of public relations, the importance of this concept, its intellectual and social foundations, the development of public relations inside and outside the organization, public relations systems in the government apparatus, and the role of public relations in strengthening transparency.

The course aims to identify public expenditures and revenues in terms of their types, divisions, and methods of spending and collecting them. The course also seeks to understand the role of fiscal policy in achieving economic balance and addressing economic imbalances such as unemployment, inflation, and poverty. In addition, the course seeks to learn about the principles of the general budget, the process of preparation, preparation, approval, implementation, and follow-up, and the role of the budget to confront economic, social, and political challenges.
