This article deals with the nature of public rights and freedoms. Its entry point is a reminder of the rights and freedoms in ancient times among the Arabs before and after the emergence of Islam. Then this article discusses rights and freedoms in Western democracies and the stages of their determination, especially the stage of natural rights and the stage of development of the center of the state. It also discusses public rights and freedoms, their multiple manifestations, and their guarantees in the legal system.

This course deals with commercial contracts in terms of their importance, definition, types and legislative organization, and introduces the student to the theoretical and practical foundations of drafting commercial contracts in terms of form and subject matter. This course also includes selecting some types of commercial contracts as an example (provided that they are not among those contracts that are taught in other subjects in the college) and taking into account commercial contracts used in the commercial sector.

The nature of public international law: its definition, its historical background, the basis for binding its rules, its relationship to domestic law, and the characteristics of the international legal system; States: their origin, recognition, and disappearance, and their rights and duties through sovereignty and equality. International organizations with a global orientation and those with a regional orientation; Sources of public international law and their development; Topics of international law: resolving international disputes, protecting the environment and the concept of international community; Means of implementing international law: whether by states or by international organizations, in implementation of the rules of international responsibility; The concept of international law under Islam: the contribution of Islamic law in establishing the rules of this law and the role of Muslim jurists in developing it.

This course focuses on studying the most important legislation that affects various aspects of life.

This course deals with the study of the concept of industrial and commercial property, the provisions of patent law, industrial designs and models, trademark law, and international agreements regulating industrial property rights.

This course deals with the legal regulation of electronic commerce in order to shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of the legislation and the extent to which the rules of electronic transactions law keep up with the challenges and prospects of modern electronic commerce. From this standpoint, this course examines each of electronic contracts, electronic signature, electronic commercial papers, electronic error, and the positions of both electronic transactions law and comparative laws at the American, European and international levels with regard to relevant issues.

This course deals with explaining the concepts regulated by financial legislation related to securities, their types, and methods of trading and dealing with them, including registration, issuance, subscription, deposit, settlement, lending, borrowing, mortgage and mortgage. The course also includes the persons of the bodies regulating these businesses and the rights and powers of those bodies.

This course includes preparing a research project that contains the following elements: the title of the research, the problem of the study, its importance and objectives, previous studies, research methodology, a list of references and sources, in addition to preparing legal research on a specific legal topic presented in the plan to grant a bachelor’s degree to law students, in addition to introducing the student to legal research methods and the art of legislative drafting and its origins.
