Hadith sciences
This article undertakes to explain the most prominent sciences of the Prophet’s hadith and the foundations of hadith criticism in order to know its rank in terms of the conditions for accepting hadiths or the reasons for rejecting them, and the rules of correction and weakening that are agreed upon or disputed among critics in this regard.
Overall interpretation
This material includes introductions to the science of interpretation and the difference between it and interpretation, a talk about the origins of interpretation, its development and codification, and an overview of the schools and methods of interpretation based on opinion and tradition. In addition to the conditions and etiquette of the interpreter and the sciences he needs
Recitation and intonation
This subject includes teaching the student to recite the Holy Qur’an correctly. It includes the rulings on the noon sakinah and tanween, the rulings on the meem sakinah, and the rulings on the modul. The theoretical presentation is followed by a practical application and a detailed presentation of all of these rulings. At this level, the student memorizes parts (29 and 30) of the Holy Qur’an.
The biography of the Prophet and the works of the Rightly Guided Caliphs:
The course deals with identifying the sources of reliable biography, the conditions for accepting its news, and examining the most important events of the Prophet’s biography in the Meccan and Medinan eras, and highlights such as: the birth of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, the sponsorship of his grandfather and uncle, the Year of the Elephant, the Alliance of Fudul, the building of the Kaaba, and others, migration, invasions, the conquest of Mecca, and his transition, may God bless him and grant him peace, to the highest companion, and deducing lessons and lessons, and linking them to contemporary reality.
Doctrine
This course aims to deepen the concept of faith in God Almighty among students and organize their relationship with God Almighty through worship.
Quranic stories
The course includes introducing students to some of the stories of the Prophets, peace and blessings be upon them, as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah, explaining the lessons learned from them, introducing the Holy Qur’an’s method of presenting stories, and then responding to the suspicions raised about it.
Sciences of the Qur’an
This subject includes talking about the sciences of the Holy Qur’an, what was written in it, the revelation of the Holy Qur’an, the reasons for the revelation, the Meccan and the Medinan, the collection of the Holy Qur’an, and an explanation of some of the suspicions raised by orientalists about the Holy Qur’an and their criticism.
Islamic terms in English
This course includes introducing the student to the most important Islamic legal terms in the English language, whether in the aspect of doctrine, jurisprudence, biography, or other branches of Sharia, while training the student to read Islamic passages in the English language.
Criticism of the hadith text
This course includes a study of the science of text criticism, its history and origins, and the doubts that have been raised about it, in addition to the rules and controls that scholars have set for criticism of the hadith text, and conducting an applied study on a number of hadiths.
